Easter is a time of celebration and hope – we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the hope of salvation and eternal life.
Easter is the joyful conclusion to the Lenten season of prayer, fasting, and penitence. We glorify and give thanks for the resurrection of Jesus who conquered death and redeemed us from sin. God the Father accepted Christ’s sacrifice for the reconciliation of the world and ensures all believers in Christ will rise to eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that He gave his only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16
