In light of the recommendations of Governor Lamont, President Trump, and other governmental officials, asking all Americans to refrain from gatherings of more than 10 people, all currently scheduled weekly activities of our congregation – church Services, Bible classes, Lenten Services, movies, etc. – are canceled.
Video Of Services On YouTube (Go To Pastor Beinke on YouTube)
You can listen to Pastor’s sermon each week, along with the Scripture readings, on our website. We encourage you to listen to it! We also encourage you to listen to the wonderful video messages that our Synod President, Rev. Matt Harrison, has been posting on our Synod’s website, www.lcms.org. He has words of great comfort and strength in Christ for us all!
Let us all keep in mind and heart the encouraging words of Ps. 46:
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way, though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains tremble at its swelling.
There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy habitation of the Most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved; God will help her when morning dawns. The nations rage, the kingdoms totter; he utters his voice, the earth melts. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.
“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.
