The Rev. Gem Gabriel received the divine call to be the servant of the Word in the year 1996. He has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, graduated from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, MO and ordained as an LCMS Pastor into the Office of the holy ministry.

Pastor Gem Gabriel had accepted the call and has been serving as the Pastor of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Norwalk, CT since April 2023. He had ministered extensively as a career missionary in different parts of the world and was the former Pastor of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in New London, CT since 2016. He also serves as the Connecticut State Police Chaplain and offers pulpit supply to other vacant LCMS congregations in the New England District LCMS, investing his extra time preaching God’s Holy Word and administering the Sacraments. 

Pastor Gabriel uses his musical gifts and talents that the Lord has blessed him with. He is a well-known music producer and a talented guitar player who pursues his passion for creating new music with the younger generation beyond the walls of the Church. He is a very strong advocate of healthy living, runs 5 miles everyday and participates in team marathons. He currently lives with his wife and two children in Norwalk, CT.
